Experimental Animation
Today I have been working on my Experimental Animation Brief. I’m writing this post from the main animation room in Staffs Uni as i am waiting for my “potentially” final animation to render. The 15 second clip is going to take 43mins to render as quoted by After Effects. So i thought that i would kill two birds with by updating my blog whilst i wait. The animation itself is designed to be for the E4 E-stings. I have used a mixture of drawn painted and After Effects images. Once the final short is rendered i will add sound and post on my Vimeo account. Feedback is very appreciated. Hope you enjoy the final clip as much as i enjoyed making it.

This is my bookcase for my assistant animator project thats finished. I have also started trying to make and texture a Gears of War Retro lancer in maya. Here is my progress so far.
Just realised that there hasn’t been an update to the Water character design in a while. There you go. Its changed a fair bit.
